Mengatasi Troubleshoot problems

Notifikasi Internet Access seperti ini akan muncul karena tidak bisa mengakses WiFi

Berikut cara mengatasi Troubleshoot problems pada Internet Access :

1. Klik menu Start di pojok kiri bawah.
2. Klik Control Panel (change settings and customize the functionality of your computer).
3. Lalu klik Network and Sharing.4. Dan pilih Network and Sharing Center . 5. Setelah itu klik Troubleshoot problems.6. Klik Internet Connections seperti pada gambar.

 

7.  Klik next ,maka saat komputer akan mendeteksi Troubleshoot problems pada Internet Access itu sendiri.8. Lalu windows secara otomatis akan mendownload Troubleshoot  dan akan mulai mengecek problem.
9. Klik next untuk melanjutkan dan akan muncul jendela baru Problem found
10. Setelah laporan indikasi Problem sudah ditemukan dan diselesaikan klik tombol close untuk menutup jendela .
